ABOUT OPEN ROAD QUILT CO.
Welcome and hello! I'm Janette Wiggett, owner and operator of Open Road Quilt Co.
After quilting on my domestic machine here and there for over two decades, in 2025 I launched my longarm quilting services to bring a new outlet for creativity to my work and life. I'm grateful for your support of this small, creator-focused business. I'm honored to be part of your quilting journey!
Based in Plymouth, NH, my in-home quilt studio is where I run my longarm quilting machine, "Babs".
A valued part of this journey for us is to enjoy the "open road", so we offer clients the option to schedule for their quilt top to be picked up at one of our designated quilt pit stops in N.H. if they'd prefer that to shipping or local drop off in Plymouth.
Why Open Road?
I've been inspired by makers and local quilt shop owners across the country. Venturing to explore new places and meet new people along the way has been rewarding.
Getting my longarm, Babs, was a journey of its own- a trip down south and a box truck drive back up the east coast!
